The Experience
Yes, though advance notice is essential. Part of the Table20 philosophy is that constraints often lead to creativity. I’ll work with your needs while maintaining the evening’s narrative integrity.
Approximately 3-4 hours, including arrival time, the three-course experience, and lingering conversation. This isn’t a rushed meal—it’s an evening designed for connection and reflection.
Each Table20 experience unfolds like theater with a three-act structure. I weave together seasonal California cuisine, carefully selected wine pairings, and personal storytelling around themes like “The Last Garden” or “January Hunger.” Guests participate in simple preparations while I share stories that connect the food to deeper questions about memory, place, and meaning.
Individual ticket holders for a Table20 event may cancel their tickets up to 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund.
Table20 combines literary narrative with seasonal cuisine. Each dish tells part of a larger story, wine pairings include the vineyard’s story, and guests receive tangible takeaways like signed books or custom spice blends. It’s part dinner, part performance, part philosophy.
